Finished Reading Ashes to Ashes

Finished reading Ashes to Ashes (Blood Ties, Book 3) by Jennifer Armintrout. Book three picks up the pace when the Voluntary Vampire Extinction Movement headquarters is destroyed during the Oracle’s escape from captivity. She’ll stop at nothing to turn the world into a vampire’s paradise, even if it means helping the Soul Eater become a god and harnessing his power for her own evil ends. Carrie Ames and Nathan attempt to defeat the Soul Eater and Oracle with no communication from the Movement.

Ashes to Ashes is just as entertaining as the other two books. I feel like it took three books for the series to separate its self from the other vampire books. This should have been done in the first book to capture the reader’s attention.
