I finished reading 10 Days to a Sharper Memory by Russell Roberts, Abby Marks-Begie, Lenny Laskowski, and Tom Nash. I didn’t find this book very helpful. The memory techniques are vague and silly. It could be that in order to have a better memory you need to do silly techniques like turn numbers in to words and create mental files using body parts. I guess that technique is not for me. The book was very short. You would think with four authors the book would have more content.

Maybe in order to get the benefits from this book you need to read it several times. But with only one read I can’t recommend this book.
