I’m trying out a new diet. I have only been on the diet 2 days. I feel great. I have plenty of energy. By limiting my calories I thought I’d be hungry but I haven’t been. If it looks like the diet works out I will write up something about the diet.
In addition to the diet I have continued to working out. I have been working out from an hour to an hour and half. The combination of my diet and workout schedule should allow me to hit my resolution weight loss goal.
