The Comcast tech just left. This tech was much better than the first installer. From what this guy said the first installer didn’t remove the internet filter from the line. The filter prevented the cable box from being programmed properly. We now have a fully functional DVR. I’m still waiting for the TV programming to download.
I’m glad that this issue is resolved. If Comcast would have just sent out a competent installer the first time it wouldn’t have cost me two days of work.
