First book of New Year
I finished my first book of the New Year: Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking by Malcolm Gladwell. Blink is a very interested book on how we make snap judgments and about people’s intentions. Gladwell studied how people make instant decisions in a wide range of fields from psychology to police work. His conclusion was that we can make better instant judgments by training our mind and senses to focus on the most relevant facts.
I think with a bit of determination I will be able to meet my New Year’s resolution of 52 books this year.
